What You Can Do
Test and ship—Run A/B tests and rollouts, release features behind flags, and target the right users with segments. Every decision rests on metrics you define once and reuse. Learn and iterate—Ask questions of your product data with Insights, watch real sessions with Recordings, and feed what you learn into the next experiment. Organize—Group experiments and flags by product area with Surfaces, so every team sees its own work and the metrics that matter to it. Work with AI—The Confidence Agent in the app and in Slack creates experiments and rollouts, explains results, and explores your data. It launches anything only after you confirm. MCP servers bring flags, events, metrics, and experiment results into Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, or any AI assistant that supports MCP.Get Started Right Away
Every new account runs on Confidence Cloud by default. Your account comes with User and Visitor entities, atutorial-feature flag, a client, and demo metrics and experiments so you can explore the platform before your own data arrives.
Run the setup wizard from your project folder. It signs you in, connects your AI assistant, and adds flags, events, or recordings to your code:
- Quickstart with the CLI—Set up flags, events, or recordings, then manage them from your IDE or terminal.
- Run an A/B Test—Set up and launch your first experiment in the app.
- Add a Feature Flag—Create a flag with targeting rules and roll it out.
- Migrate to Confidence—Move flags and experiments from PostHog, Eppo, Statsig, or Optimizely with AI-powered migration kits.
