Continuous discovery is an ongoing cycle of learning from users and experiments, where research, hypothesis formation, and validation happen continuously alongside product development rather than in separate phases. Instead of a discovery phase that produces a roadmap and a delivery phase that executes it, discovery and delivery run in parallel, feeding each other.

The core idea is that you never stop learning about your users. Every shipped feature, every experiment result, every support conversation generates information that should feed back into what you build next. The alternative, batching discovery into quarterly planning cycles, means you're building on assumptions that are weeks or months old by the time the feature ships.

How does continuous discovery connect to experimentation?

Shipping fast and measuring engagement after the fact is iteration.
