Find Recordings

Search recording titles and filter the list by:

• Signals and signal counts
• Creation time and duration
• Page URL and hostname
• Operating system, browser, device type, and country
• Flag and variant
• Custom tag and value
• Client

By default, the list hides recordings with no clicks or a duration under 10 seconds. Turn off Hide low-activity recordings when you need to review those recordings.

Review User Behavior

Open a recording to replay the captured interactions. Playback controls let you:

• Play, pause, and move forward or backward
• Change playback speed
• Skip inactive periods
• Open full-screen playback
• Select an event marker or finding to move to its time
• Follow the current route and review the route journey

Related recordings let you move between tabs captured in the same browser session.

Inspect Details

The side panel separates information into focused views:

• Analysis shows intent, a summary, and structured findings if your account includes analysis.
• Details shows routes, browser data, device data, flags, tags, and other metadata.
• Insights shows built-in signals and custom measurements for the recording.
• Events shows captured behavior and navigation events in time order.

When diagnostic capture is available, select console, network, or error totals to open the matching event details.

Compare Patterns

Open Recordings > Insights to compare signals across recordings. Use the Overview view for signal trends or the By route view for page-level results. You can select a date range, client, and recording-duration range.

Share and Discuss

Use the share action to copy a recording link. You can include the current playback time. Use comments to discuss the recording with other Confidence users.
