# Set Up Your Organization

> Prepare a new Confidence account for your team: add a second admin, choose where your data lives, connect your product, and invite your team.

Use this page to get a new Confidence account ready for your team.

## What You Get on Signup

Every new account runs on Confidence Cloud and comes with:

* `User` and `Visitor` entities
* A `tutorial-feature` flag
* A client to resolve flags with
* Demo metrics and demo experiments that already run

Confidence labels the demo resources as demos and creates them shortly after you
create the account. You can change or add resources at any time. To add entities
such as `Session` or `Organization`, see [entities](/docs/capabilities/metrics/entities).

## Give a Second User the Admin Role

Only the user who created the account has the `Admin` role. Give at least one
more user the `Admin` role so your organization never loses admin access.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Admin > Policies" />

  <Step title="Click Create Policy" />

  <Step title="Select users and give them the Admin role" />

  <Step title="Click Create" />
</Steps>

## Choose Where Your Data Lives

* **Confidence Cloud**: the default. You don't need to set up a warehouse.
* **Warehouse Native**: optional. Use it to run Confidence on your own BigQuery,
  Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks warehouse. See
  [Warehouse Native](/docs/start/warehouse-native).

## Connect Your Product

Pick a starting point:

* [Quickstart with the CLI](/docs/start/quickstart-cli): set up flags, events,
  and recordings from the terminal.
* [Build with an AI assistant](/docs/guides/build-with-an-ai-assistant): connect
  your coding assistant to Confidence.
* [Add a feature flag](/docs/guides/add-a-feature-flag): control a part of your
  product remotely.
* [Create a metric](/docs/guides/create-your-first-metric): measure
  the impact of changes.
* [Roll out a change](/docs/guides/roll-out-a-change): release a feature gradually.
* [Run an A/B test](/docs/guides/run-an-ab-test): run your first experiment.

The [Confidence Agent](/docs/guides/work-with-the-confidence-agent), in the app and in Slack, can also create experiments and
rollouts. It launches, ends, or archives them only after you confirm the action.

## Invite Your Team

When the basics are in place, [invite users](/docs/platform/iam/users) and
assign [roles](/docs/platform/iam/roles) with
[policies](/docs/platform/iam/policies).
